took me MONTHS to figure it out! Flour wasted, salt wasted, flat loaves of bread that didn’t smell right STRAIGHT INTO THE TRASH. It took me months to get it right, and now that I have, It comes to me so easily, and the BEST part, I LOVE BAKING IT. Every time I pull a loaf out of the oven I am filled with so much joy. I have found my passion. SO, here I am. Making it happen. Making sourdough for all of YOU to enjoy so you can be on my journey with me. I hope you LOVE it as much as my family does.
