Placing an order with Royal Treatz

1.) Before inboxing please understand ALL ORDERS are required to be PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANY SERVICE IS RENDERED! NO EXCEPTIONS. All custom orders must be paid ATLEAST A WEEK IN ADVANCE. Anything after will result in a $50 rush fee(unless specified).

2.) Please have an example of what you would like to order, the date, any special details you want added name, age, color, etc (please don't ask me what I like, it's not for me, it suppose be what the person your purchasing the cake for likes)

3.) An email address is required in order for an invoice to be made. Once an invoice is made you have 24 hours to pay the nonrefundable deposit or it will be canceled. Once the nonrefundable deposit is made you have a week before your order to send remaining balance. If balance isn't paid your invoice will be canceled.

4.) LAST MINUTE ORDERS- I do take, however you must be ready to make full payment at time of booking with rush fee.

5.) All orders are PICK UP ONLY unless discussed.

6.) Once order is picked up, travel instructions will be taped on your order. Royal Treatz IS NOT responsible for any damages to your order once it leaves my possession.

August 30th will be the LAST day to place custom orders with me! I'm taking a much needed break from them to focus on my shop. Only family and very few friends I will continue to serve. So to lock in your date a deposit must be paid by August 30. Thank you all so much for your support!
