🍫🍮 Chocoflan (aka Impossible Cake)
This magical cake flips itself in the oven… and it’s so worth it 😍
Let’s bake!
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Spray your pan well with baking spray and pour caramel all over the bottom (don’t be shy 😉).
2️⃣ Prepare the cake batter following the instructions on the box.
Once ready, gently pour it over the caramel in the pan.
3️⃣ In a blender, add:
4 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
Cinnamon & vanilla to taste
Blend until smooth ✨
4️⃣ Slowly pour the flan mixture over the cake batter. Don’t worry—no mixing needed, it does its magic while baking!
5️⃣ Place your pan inside a larger pan with water (water bath), cover loosely with aluminum foil, and bake for 1 hour.
6️⃣ It’s ready when the center is firm and a toothpick comes out clean ✔️
7️⃣ Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better).
8️⃣ Flip onto a plate, admire the magic, and enjoy! 🤎
✨ Optional but encouraged: decorate with fruit, extra caramel, whipped cream, or your favorite toppings.
