Hello! Some of you may already be aware that in 2023 I began working as a chocolatier at Kate Weiser Chocolate. I have been given a couple of promotions along the way, and with my latest has come with much more responsibility and demands on my time. I am now the Recipe Development Chocolatier which I’m loving! I’m also responsible for all the macaron production, which you all already know is a huge passion of mine 😊 With all of this said, I need to let y’all know that I’ve decided to end Bloom to better focus on my career at Kate Weiser, while still making time for my family. I will miss you all this summer and I cannot thank you enough for the tremendous support over the years! It was quite the adventure and the connections I’ve made with you all have meant so much to me! I will definitely be visiting the Rockwall Farmers Market as a patron this summer so perhaps I’ll see you there!
