Alicia's Bakery LLC Farmville, VA Our Bakery: Welcome to the new page for our new bakery in Prince Edward County.

Our delivery-only business specializes in cakes, cookies, and a variety of other baked sweets for any occasion. All goodies are made from scratch, and all fillings and icings are made from real, texture and tastebud-pleasing ingredients. For example, we typically offer butter cream or cream-cheese based frostings, not fondant. Most of our desserts are intended to be decadent, like our Turtle Chees

ecake, or they can be as light as angelfood topped with sliced strawberries, to make a Strawberry Shortcake. As you can see from some of the early photos, Alicia can use her 20+ years as a floral designer to add flowers to your order. Cookies, cupcakes, and other small deserts (e.g., Nutrolls) are priced by the dozen or assorted box, cakes range in price based on size, fillings, and docorations. A highly-decorated, personal-sized cake (larger than the Mini Cake photos), or "Monk" would cost $9; a small single-layer sheet cake with frosting and piped decorations could be as low as $20; or you could have a very large, simple multi-layer wedding cake for several hundred. There is an additional delivery fee, based on distance and setup ($6 for local delivery).
