Ciasta “TYAH-stah” = Polish word meaning cakes/baked goods. I have been told for years, “You should sell these cookies!” and that time has finally come.

I fell in love with baking at a very young age and am looking forward to sharing it with you!

The porch bakery will continue to be closed as our community is still going through such hardships.

If you would like sourdough, please let us know. We are more than happy to fulfill any sourdough orders per request.

Stay safe out there everyone. Our thoughts and prayers are with the community and those that have been devastated by these floods.

We will continue to stay closed for a bit longer as our community is facing a very difficult time right now.

Good evening everyone! We will be fulfilling a few sourdough orders ONLY tomorrow.

There is 1 small loaf that is unclaimed. Please let us know if you’d like to claim it. Also, if you’d like plain or green chile cheddar.

It’ll be available tomorrow Friday 10.23 afternoon (we will reach out when it’s available for pickup) ✨
