I'm preparing my teaching materials for the semester at UMF, but have time to bake this last week.

On Wednesday I'm making European Peasant, Olive Rosemary, and Basil Rosemary Focaccia. Please order by 2pm today (Tuesday).

On Friday I plan to make Vermont Cheddar, Potato Caraway Rye, Olive Oil Rosemary, Artisan White, and Asiagos. Please order by Wednesday at noon.

Happy New Year to all Breadweavers customers and friends.
I'll be baking this week and next week, but then plan to take a break again as the new semester at UMF starts up. Unfortunately, I will not have time to bake even for Up Front and Pleasant downtown Farmington. Sorry. The semester will be very busy for me splitting my time between teaching, tutoring, advising, and spending time with my family.

This week I plan to bake both on Wednesday and Friday. On Wednesday I will have Basil Rosemary Focaccia, European Peasant, and Olive Oil Rosemary. Please order by Tuesday at noon.

On Friday I'm thinking about making Asiagos, Spinach Feta, Artisan White, Potato Roasted Garlic, and Olive Oil Rosemary. Please order by Wednesday at noon.

Hello Breadweavers friends,

I'm back to baking for a little while. I will be baking on Wednesday and Friday this week. For Wednesday orders, please respond today at 1pm. I'm planning on making European Peasant, Olive Oil Rosemary, and Artisan White.

For Friday orders, please respond by Wednesday at 1pm. I'm planning on making Vermont Cheddar, Artisan White, Potato Caraway Rye, Olive Oil Rosemary, Asiagos, and Stollen.

Stollen--large $12
(organic whole wheat flour, unbleached, unbromated white flour, water, eggs, canola oil, sugar, raisins, almonds, dried cranberries, dried apricots, lemon juice, gluten, yeast, salt, pure vanilla extract)

Stollen is a traditional German Christmas bread. Full of dried fruits and nuts, when baked it is glazed, sprinkled liberally with powdered sugar and glazed again.

Dec.-Jan. also available with candied lemon and orange peel instead of dried fruits.

This will be the last full week of bread baking for a while at Breadweavers. Because of my teaching job at UMF, my time will be very limited this semester. I plan on baking on Fridays for Nina at Up Front & Pleasant only. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This week I'm baking on Wednesday: my usual European Peasant, Olive Oil Rosemary, and Basil Rosemary Focaccia.

On Friday I'll have Potato Caraway Rye, Vermont Cheddar, Artisan White, Olive Oil Rosemary, Asiagos, and Cinnamon Raisin.

Who doesn't love focaccia? It is the perfect snack. I will be making some on Wednesday along with European Peasant, and Olive Oil Rosemary.
On Friday I plan to make Potato Roasted Garlic, Spinach Feta, Artisan White, Olive Oil Rosemary, Asiagos, and Cinnamon Raisin.

Basil Rosemary Focaccia --$5 for a 9-inch round
(unbleached white flour, water, olive oil, sugar, rosemary, salt, yeast, basil)

Focaccia is a traditional Italian bread used as an appetizer for dipping, side to your main meal, or as a snack all by itself. It is chewy on the inside, soft crusted on the outside and infused with herbs and olive oil.

We're going camping on Thursday this week, so I will not be baking on Friday. If you'd like to order bread for tomorrow (Wednesday), you may still order, but do so by 3pm today. It's Spinach Feta week again, yay! On Wednesday I'll have European Peasant, Olive Oil Rosemary, and Basil Rosemary Focaccia. On Friday you can expect Spinach Feta, Artisan White, Olive Oil Rosemary, Potato Roasted Garlic, and Asiagos.

Another best-seller. You'll love it if you like feta cheese. Feta is crumbled and mixed with spinach to create a fragrant, soft dough.

I'm back from a long vacation. We had a super time and kept ourselves busy, so I almost feel like I need a vacation from vacation. And I'm ready for some of my bread as great bread was hard to find.

For tomorrow I'm making Artisan White, Vermont Cheddar, Potato Caraway Rye, and Olive Oil Rosemary. Please order by 1pm today for tomorrow's delivery or pick up.

European Peasant is so versatile and it's made with whole rye and whole wheat flour. You just can't go wrong.

I'm heading out on vacation at the end of this week, so there will be no fresh bread on Friday, but I'm still baking tomorrow (Wednesday). Choose from European Peasant, Olive Oil Rosemary, Basil Rosemary Focaccia, and Vermont Cheddar. I will get back to baking the week of July 10.
