Here at J's Bakery we are so blessed to have Josh who is an amazing role model for our kids. He is always there for whatever they need, whatever new hobby they want to learn, or the crazy games they want to play. We love you and are so thankful for you! 🥰

Neither Josh or I went to school for culinary arts. Josh did attend the local career center in highschool for their hospitality, retail, and entrepreneurship class. Josh has also worked in a few kitchens as a dishwasher, line cook, and manager. For the most part though we are self taught.

This past week Josh surprised me with these two books! These are books used in actual pastry schools, so we are very much looking forward to working our way through them!
