Good morning!! Today is a pretty exciting day! I'm taking my Cottage Foods Safety course this afternoon! This will give me my three year certification to prepare and sell baked goods from my home and in local Farmers Markets. I'm really excited to be taking this course. This week, I will only be able to do my Artisan Crusty bread, since I'm without my mixer until the new one arrives. If anyone would like to order a loaf, please PM me and they will be ready tomorrow.
