Nik's Baked Goods We are a small home based baked goods business. We started this business as an experiment for the Fairmont Farmer's Market in Fairmont Minnesota.

We can do custom orders. We are in our second year in 2024. We are a small home-based baked goods business. We started in 2023 at the Fairmont Farmer's Market in Fairmont Minnesota. We make a variety of different products, from cakes and pies to crisps, bars, breads and other assorted items. We do take orders given a 48-hour notice. We will soon be able to take a variety of different payment metho

ds. More information will be posted as these additions are made. We do not have a brick-and-mortar location as we are doing this out of our home, but pickup orders are welcome. We will also be at the Fairmont Famer's Market on Saturdays and on Tuesdays when they start. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or requests.

Due to ongoing health issues we will not be at the Fairmont Farmers' Market this Saturday. We do apologize for this, but it has been what has kept us away these last few market days. We should be back for Tuesday evening's market, however. We also have farm fresh eggs now available for $2.50/dozen. If interested, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange for a pick up or possible delivery. Again, we apologize and thank you for your patience and patronage.

We'll be back making all your favorite goodies very soon... Crisps..and pies n whoopie pies... brownies n bars...cookies n breads(banana.. apple/cinnamon... Zucchini n many more) and of course we'll have our sourdough donuts and sourdough cinnamon rolls (some with fresh fruits in them) now don't forget everything is homemade n made with love... We can't wait to bake something for you and your family soon

So I'm thinking about doing a give away...I'm thinking that if you buy a product from niks baked goods that I'll put your name into a fishbowl..and then maybe every other Saturday afternoon I'll draw a name live on Facebook n the winner will win a baked good..you can enter as many times as you'd like ...all you need to do is buy a baked goods... What do you all think?
