Hi friends!! Just wanted to share a quick update 😊

We went from 9 months to only 9 WEEKS so fast!! We have decided to make this our last week of baking until after our little man arrives. I am still working full time as well so it’s becoming a challenge trying to keep up with baking (& constantly running up and down the stairs to check the oven 😅) as the time goes on. We appreciate you all SO much and can’t wait to get back to baking as soon as we can! We hope to spend the next couple weeks nesting, getting our nursery ready, and then (hopefully) resting until our sweet man makes his appearance! As always, keep following our page for updates!!

We will still have some breads and goodies stocked at Mountain View Farm for the next 2 weeks, so be sure to swing by the farm and grab some along with some fresh locally raised beef and pork!

One year!!! 🥳🍾🥖

It’s so hard to believe it’s been a year since we started Shepherd’s Roost and we are so incredibly grateful for all of the love and support from our customers! 🤍

When we first started making sourdough bread, we had no intention of selling it or starting a business! We just wanted to try something new and focus on our health a little more. Our breads are made with very few simple ingredients, including the three basics: organic flour, water, and salt. We don’t add any preservatives and try to use the best quality ingredients we can, and we believe everyone should have access to affordable food that isn’t full of chemicals and preservatives, but made with real, clean ingredients! We are so blessed to have such amazing customers who support our small business and we know that we wouldn’t be here without you.

Watch out for our next post, which will highlight some special anniversary deals we’ll be offering through the next few days 🥰

Our Everything Bagel sandwich loaf is one of our most delicious but overlooked loaves! People tend to forget about this one, but it is soft and fluffy and packed with flavor. We make it for ourselves every week, and it’s perfect for toast, sandwiches, or even just by itself with a little butter! 😍😋

Our pepperoni rolls come in a pack of 4 large rolls for $16. They are made with a fluffy sourdough roll stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, garlic butter and Italian seasoning. These are only available this week, so get your orders in!!

Ordering is open through Thursday evening, 7/9 at 7 PM and pick-up will be anytime on Saturday 7/11 between 11 AM-8 PM.
