I recently realized I've never really introduced myself to you all!

My name is Christina, and I am the sole owner and operator of Name It Cakes. I've been decorating cakes for over 25 years and doing it professionally for almost 7 years now. It is truly a labor of love and sugar. 🥰

When I'm not covered in buttercream, I'm a single mom of two amazing teens who keep me running between football, baseball, cheer, school events, their social lives, and everything else that comes with raising athletes.

Because of that, and because I genuinely love the flexibility it gives me, I operate as a home-based, ServSafe certified cottage bakery. Working from home allows me to create unique custom cakes while still being present for my kids, and I wouldn't have it any other way. There's nothing better than spending a full day cheering from the sidelines and then coming home to dive into my passion for creating cakes for all of you.

What started as a hobby has grown into a professional career that I absolutely love. Whether it's a birthday cake, wedding cake, groom's cake, or a wild idea you found on Pinterest, I truly appreciate every person who trusts me to be a small part of their celebration.

While I love ALL of my cakes and clients, some are just more special than the others 🥹 In all of the 20+ years I've been doing cakes and in all of her 18 years of life, I've never been able to make a cake for my niece (because her Super talented mother - my sister - the photo bomber of pic #3 - the person i started my own cake journey with- has always done her cakes)!
So i was ecstatic, overjoyed, thrilled, and emotional to design and create her graduation cake with her!!!
