Our spring menu is getting one last week before it clocks out.

Banana, orange, and pistachio had a beautiful run. Iced on porch mornings, in to-go cups walking down Section Street, in the hands of regulars who ordered it before we could ask.

Thanks for loving it like we hoped you would.

This week, the BOW brought a friend. 🇲🇽

The Chicken Street Taco Bagel: jalapeño cream cheese, chicken, white onions, and cilantro on a tajin-rimmed plain bagel, topped with a cilantro lime street taco sauce.

The Mojito Mint Tea: jasmine tea with mojito flavor, lime juice, rum extract, club soda, and a fresh mint leaf.

One is lunch at your favorite taco stand.
The other is happy hour on the patio.

Both are here for Cinco de Mayo week only.

We asked y’all to nominate a Fairhope team that deserved a free catering drop, and you came through in the best way. Over forty nominations. So much love for this community.

The team that got us most: the Thomas Hospital Auxiliary — the volunteers who quietly hold up the rest of the hospital every day. Next week, we’re bringing them breakfast.

A guest visiting from St. Louis wanted a People First hat.

We were sold out.

She mentioned her mom was coming to Fairhope the following week.

That night, Bella went home, grabbed her backup hat, washed it, and had it waiting at the counter for a stranger she’d never meet.

This text came in yesterday. From 700 miles away.

Free catering for a team that deserves it. That’s it. That’s the post.

Fairhope is full of people doing good, quiet work. Teachers showing up early. Medical staff pulling long shifts. Office teams holding it all together behind the scenes. We want to say thank you — with breakfast.

We think pineapple DOES belong on pizza. 🍍

Especially when summer is right around the corner, the beach is calling, and your bagel looks like this.

Our next BOW: The Hawaiian Pizza Bagel- sundried tomato cream cheese, ham, melted mozzarella, and pineapple on a parmesan and red pepper-topped bagel.
