Lemon Herb Chicken
Bake for 30/45 minutes @ 425
Lemon Cream Pasta
Boil pasta leave a tad of pasta water when draining
1/4 pound butter
2.5 cups of heavy cream
Basil
Lemon zest
Juice of one lemon
Parmesan cheese
Lemon pepper
Onion and garlic powder
Salt
Stir until thick, set aside
Peach Salad
Your favorite lettuce
Peaches
Black berries
Blue berries
Cucumber
( any additional veggies or fruits )
Parm Cheese ( feta is better but kids may not like )
Lemon honey vin
Juice of one lemon
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup red wine vin
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Toss salad and serve with dinner
Dinner Ingredients : Trader Joe's
Clean Up : Clorox
