It has been way to thank people for the support they have given us on this journey of life.Now, after many requests, I am officially able to sell my goods!

Please let me reintroduce you to Springerle!

Originating in the Swabia region of southern Germany, these traditional anise-flavored cookies have been treasured for centuries. Each is pressed with a decorative mold, creating an intricate design. Early molds often depicted Bible stories and religious scenes, sharing faith through edible art. A beautiful tradition—and a special addition to any event.

고추장 (Gochujang) cookies are back by request!

This time, they’re topped with homemade gochujang candies. Also pictured is a hard candy that I’m thinking might need to become a lollipop! 🍭

My love of Korean food began about 30 years ago, when Susan Song dad grilled bulgogi and her mom made japchae after a kickball game. Those two dishes will always be favorites because of that memory.

Twenty-two years ago, I lived with 세진 while at UVA, and it was one of the best times of my life. Susan and Sejin remain two of my dearest friends, and I’m lucky enough to be godmother to their children. ❤️

This year, I started learning Korean. I have so much to learn, but I absolutely love it! I now meet weekly with someone learning English so we can help each other practice. Hopefully, one day I’ll be able to speak confidently with my godchildren in Korean. ❤️

These custom macarons were made for LAWS’ 10th Anniversary Corks for a Cause event. 💚

I was honored to bring their beautiful event design to life on macarons. The colors and details came together beautifully.

Les Misérables macarons for a book club right in the middle of the book! 📚🇫🇷

I was given free rein with the design and was so pleased with how they came out. ❤️

Fortunately, the customer (my dad 🤣) and the rest of the book club loved them too!

Such a fun set to create—and I always love when I get the chance to be a little creative with a theme. 😊

Happy birthday to the amazing Sara Knight! 💛

Sara started the Sweet Julia Grace Foundation foundation in honor of her beautiful daughter, Julia Grace, who was taken from this world far too soon. Through the foundation, Sara has turned her love for Julia into something that brings joy, support, and beautiful memories to so many families—including my own.

Liam absolutely loves the activities we get to participate in, so we were especially happy to have the opportunity to create something for Sara and show just a little of the gratitude we feel for all she does.

Every detail of this cake has meaning: blue butterflies in honor of Julia, handmade sugar sunflowers, daisies, and filler flowers—some of Sara’s favorites—and, at the very top, a yellow umbrella. 💛🦋🌻

The umbrella represents the incredible children who are part of the foundation, lovingly called Raindancers. They remind us of the beautiful message at the heart of the foundation: life isn’t about waiting for the storms to pass; it’s about learning to dance in the rain.

Happy birthday, Sara. Thank you for creating something so meaningful from your love for Julia and for bringing so much happiness into the lives of Liam and so many other children and families. 💛

One of my favorite parts of making sugar flowers is bringing them to life. Each flower and leaf is individually dusted with different colors and blends to give it depth and dimension. Notice the difference between the two bright green leaves and the ones that look full of life—it’s all in the details.

Many years ago, I coached a girls AAU basketball team when they were all about 10 years old.

Somehow those 10-year-olds grew up, and this weekend I got to make a gender reveal cake for one of them for her second baby! 💕💙

And somehow, I haven’t aged one bit. 😂
