I’m not sure if you’ve heard, but I’m becoming a travel planner that specializes in allergy travel! I’ve been working on various certifications as well as deep diving on where you can be safe and travel to have fun!

I’m now certified in several cruise lines and theme parks. I’d be honored to work with you anytime. Best part, if it’s for a Disney trip, cruise or all-inclusive resorts, you don’t pay me! They do!

I cancelled tomorrow’s class as there were only two people signed up. I’m changing up classes to pair recipes I think will get better turn out. So next class September 12th 1-4 will be pie crust and pasta. I’ll get a link for it when it’s posted.

For those who took the bread class, I’ve been researching specific mixers that handle bread/heavy doughs due to concern regarding the longevity of my kitchen-aide. I.E. that I don’t burn it up sooner than necessary mixing bread.

This arrives today. (I’m not a sponser) I can’t wait to try it out! I’ll report back, but it does have great reviews.

I purchased the 9L to do bulk bread baking like a talked about in class.

Happy Tuesday Peeps! I hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather. 🥵 It was rough there for a minute.

I'm working on the list of classes that will be offered in the coming weeks/months. I'm trying to time some of them to coincide with holidays so you are prepared to keep up some of those holiday traditions.
