We made sprinkle cookies for a very special reason, celebrating one of our amazing job coaches and her growing family! We love getting to share in these beautiful life milestones with the people who make our bakery such a special place.

BIG NEWS! 🎉

We are incredibly honored to share that Carson’s Cookie Dough is now officially WBENC Certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE)!

This milestone means so much to our small business and to the mission we are building every day, creating meaningful employment opportunities for intellectually and developmentally disabled adults while producing a quality product we are proud of.

I also want to thank the many incredible women business owners, mentors, mothers, and leaders who have inspired and encouraged me along the way. I am so grateful to be surrounded by strong, mission-driven women (some who are pictured here).

Thank you to everyone who has supported our journey so far. We are excited for you to see what is coming next 💙

Our followers may have noticed a big improvement in our social media lately… and that is thanks to Luke 📸

Luke is a senior at River Dell High School and will be heading to college next year to study marketing, and we have no doubt he is going to do incredible things.

We are so grateful that he chose to share his gifts and talents with us to help spread the word about our amazing bakers and the mission behind Carson’s Cookie Dough.

It is a beautiful thing to watch a community come together and support one another. We are lucky to see the very best of our community every day, from our older supporters to the next generation stepping up and making a difference.

Congratulations, Luke! The future is in very good hands. 🎓👏🍪

Our students are building confidence, independence, teamwork, and real-world job skills every day in the kitchen.

In today’s video, one student uses adaptive tools like an egg cracker and egg separator, simple supports that help create more independence and success in the workplace.

We love showing off what our bakers CAN do. 💪✨
