Our mission is to support the differently-abled community while providing a quality, delicious and convenient product. We make cookie dough, prep it for baking and package it with parchment paper so our customers can enjoy fresh, homemade cookies in minutes, without the mess. The dough is made fresh, using quality ingredients and comes in three flavors:
1. Molasses Spice which has just the right m

ix of sugar and spice
3. Chocolate Crinkle which is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside

A portion of the proceeds from each sale goes to support organizations that support the differently abled community - inspired by our son, who has autism. We are grateful for the professionals who help, guide and support families like ours and we are inspired by our differently abled friends every day.

Thank you so much to Bold Journey for taking the time to share our story and for following our journey. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to be featured.

This article also officially shares something we have been quietly working on behind the scenes: plans to create Baking Hope, a nonprofit I am founding alongside two amazing women, Bari Shore and Kate Gibney.

Baking Hope will further the mission behind Carson’s Cookie Dough and Just a Taste of NJ by helping create meaningful, real-world opportunities for people with disabilities to contribute, grow, and be valued in the workplace.

We have a lot more to shape and build, but we are excited to finally share this next chapter. Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in us along the way 🩵

Feeling incredibly grateful to have been recognized as a 2026 Enterprising Woman in Commerce by CIANJ and COMMERCE Magazine. đź’™

It was such a privilege to be in a room with so many accomplished women from across New Jersey. These women are building businesses, leading organizations, serving their communities, and creating change in so many different ways.

Carson’s Cookie Dough started with a pretty simple idea: create opportunities where they are lacking. What it has grown into, and where we hope it can go, has only been possible because so many people and organizations have believed in that idea and helped us move it forward.

I just finished an interview about Carson’s Cookie Dough that had me reflecting on how many people and organizations have shared their time, talents, expertise and opportunities to help make this dream a reality.

Tomorrow, I’ll have the incredible honor of accepting an Enterprising Women in Commerce Award. Awards have always felt a little awkward to me because, while my name may be on them, I know just how many people are helping us get where we’re going.

Three years ago, this started with a little boy named Carson and one mom worrying about his future.

Today, it feels like it isn’t just my dream anymore. ❤️🍪

And that may be the coolest part of this entire journey.
