Our mission is to support the differently-abled community while providing a quality, delicious and convenient product. We make cookie dough, prep it for baking and package it with parchment paper so our customers can enjoy fresh, homemade cookies in minutes, without the mess. The dough is made fresh, using quality ingredients and comes in three flavors:
1. Molasses Spice which has just the right mix of sugar and spice
3. Chocolate Crinkle which is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside

A portion of the proceeds from each sale goes to support organizations that support the differently abled community - inspired by our son, who has autism. We are grateful for the professionals who help, guide and support families like ours and we are inspired by our differently abled friends every day.

Tonight is Noche Latina at Sports Illustrated Stadium, and our friends at Red Seat Hospitality asked us to create something special for the Red Bull New York game.

Introducing our Noche Latina Red Velvet Cookie! ❤️

Crispy on the outside, rich, soft and chewy on the inside, and absolutely DELICIOUS!

Red velvet isn’t part of our regular lineup, but we’ll do just about anything for our friends at Red Bull New York! Our crew loves a challenge, and we had so much fun bringing this one to life!

Want to try one? You’ll have to head to tonight’s Red Bulls game! These cookies were created exclusively for Noche Latina, and tonight is your only chance to get one!

I am so grateful that our paths crossed and I have the pleasure of seeing Jodi in action - saving lives, baking cookies, organizing countless swab drives, and creating an incredible legacy for her daughter, Annie. 💙 Autism & Employment Research Opportunity

We’re happy to help spread the word about a new virtual research study from our friends at Kessler Foundation!

KF-STRIDE is designed to help autistic adults identify their personal strengths and learn how to communicate them during job interviews and other employment situations.

They are seeking autistic adults ages 18–65 who are employed or seeking employment. Participation is entirely online, and eligible participants may receive up to $100.

Thank you so much to Bold Journey for taking the time to share our story and for following our journey. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to be featured.

This article also officially shares something we have been quietly working on behind the scenes: plans to create Baking Hope, a nonprofit I am founding alongside two amazing women, Bari Shore and Kate Gibney.

Baking Hope will further the mission behind Carson’s Cookie Dough and Just a Taste of NJ by helping create meaningful, real-world opportunities for people with disabilities to contribute, grow, and be valued in the workplace.

We have a lot more to shape and build, but we are excited to finally share this next chapter. Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in us along the way 🩵

Feeling incredibly grateful to have been recognized as a 2026 Enterprising Woman in Commerce by CIANJ and COMMERCE Magazine. 💙

It was such a privilege to be in a room with so many accomplished women from across New Jersey. These women are building businesses, leading organizations, serving their communities, and creating change in so many different ways.

Carson’s Cookie Dough started with a pretty simple idea: create opportunities where they are lacking. What it has grown into, and where we hope it can go, has only been possible because so many people and organizations have believed in that idea and helped us move it forward.

A special thank you to Fair Lawn Main Street for nominating me for this honor. It means so much to have the support of the community where we are building all of this. ❤️

I just finished an interview about Carson’s Cookie Dough that had me reflecting on how many people and organizations have shared their time, talents, expertise and opportunities to help make this dream a reality.

Tomorrow, I’ll have the incredible honor of accepting an Enterprising Women in Commerce Award. Awards have always felt a little awkward to me because, while my name may be on them, I know just how many people are helping us get where we’re going.

Three years ago, this started with a little boy named Carson and one mom worrying about his future.

Today, it feels like it isn’t just my dream anymore. ❤️🍪

And that may be the coolest part of this entire journey.
