Good afternoon! We have a date for Michelle's Sweet Creations & Old School Bagels Bakery & Cafe Bake Shop soft opening! We would like to thank you for all your patience and support during this time! We are excited to announce that our opening will be this Saturday, August 15th 7am-2pm! Online ordering will not be available. We are looking forward to seeing all of you!

Something exciting for this weekend at Old School Bagels Bakery and Cafe! We are baking up fresh, traditional Bialys! 🥯

If you've never tried one, a bialy is a traditional Jewish bread roll from Białystok, Poland. While bagel dough is boiled before baking to create a dense, shiny crust, bialy dough goes straight into the oven. This gives it a lighter, bread-like texture similar to an English muffin. Instead of a hole, a bialy has a signature dimple traditionally filled with baked onions and poppy seeds.

Because of their airy texture, bialys are best enjoyed toasted or split and lightly buttered, or used as an excellent base for cream cheese, lox, or breakfast sandwiches.

Come grab yours this weekend! We'll be serving them up Saturday and Sunday, from 7 AM to 2 PM.
