Welcome back to our testing phase for a few weeks!

Today, biscuits. These turned out amazing and don’t have the dairy free butter spillage like the last time.

I think we will do biscuits and gravy for dinner to see how it all goes.

Let’s talk about pie, for the upcoming holidays.

Don’t come at me! Lol

I’m usually not one to move on to the next holiday, but I need some ideas now that market for us is done for the year.

What pie flavor or holiday bakes would you like to see? So far, until I can confirm with the county, pumpkin and sweet potato pie won’t be on the list.

I was thinking for pie flavors:
Apple
Dutch Apple
Pecan
Cherry

Keep in mind, it has to be shelf stable. Leave your thoughts below so I can get to testing! Thank you!

Cookie Flight- chocolate chunk cookie, fried Oreo inspired, and snickerdoodle.
A few scones that are cranberry orange and caramel apple.
Cosmic brownie cookie
Chocolate Reese’s pieces - not dairy free
Apple Fritter Inspired Focaccia
S’mores Cupcake
Copycat Tw***ie
Cinnamon Rolls
Pumpkin Cake Donuts with Brown Sugar Icing

I’m so close to having biscuits down. I finally found the right texture. Just need to work on the butter not oozing out. 🤦‍♀️ (Hopefully soon!) pictured below 😂
