The one that raises the most questions at the shack also happens to be our most popular flavor. 🍌

Our Mochi Banana Bread is made with mochiko rice flour for that signature soft, chewy texture. It’s a little denser than our classic loaf, with a satisfying chew that makes every bite just a little different.

If “mochi” has always made you hesitate, consider this your nudge to try the flavor everyone keeps coming back for.

One thing to know: we only bake Mochi once a month, with orders shipping out on the last Tuesday of each month. So if you’ve been meaning to try it, mark your calendar. 👀

And yes, we have a chocolate chip version too!

Chocolate chip banana bread is a classic for a reason. It’s the kind of loaf that works for breakfast, a beach-day snack, or a little something sweet when you’re craving it.

And if you’re picking up a loaf at the shack, this is your sign to grab the one with the chocolate chips + let them melt a little in the Hawaii sun for that ooey-gooey goodness.
