No changes to size, Flavors, or decorations can be made after this time. We ar always happy to add cupcakes to the order, should you are in need of serving more guests. Leftover cake can be frozen for another time should you order too much for your event. DEPOSIT - a 50% NON-REFUNDANDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS. Our calendar fills up quickly with orders. We only take a certain amount o

f orders each week, after which we turn customers away. This deposit ensures your spot is reserved with the dedicated amount of time and resources to make your cake amazing as ordered. Deposit refunds will not be made, but in the event of a family emergency we will apply your deposit towards a future order. CANCELLATIONS / MISSED PICK UPS - We require 72 hours notice to cancel an order. The non-refundable deposit will be applied as a credit towards your next order given the cancellation wa made prior to 72 hours. In the event of a missed or forgotten pickup, we make every effort to contact you before closing. Your order will be made available until the following day. If it becomes a habit, a full payment will be required when placing your orders. Deposits will not be refunded as we have held up our end of the contract. REFUNDS - We promise to do our best to provide the best tasting and best looking cakes and treats around. Custom orders are created especially just for you! However, please keep in mind that while every effort will be made, no two pieces of artwork are ever created equal. Once an item has been picked up by you or someone you designate, it is considered "Accepted". In the event that we have made a huge mistake (misspelled name, planes instead of boats, chocolate instead of strawberry) and you alert us at the time of pickup, every attempt will be made to correct the error in a timely manner. In the event we are not able to correct the mistake, you can decline the order and the remainder due will not be required. While it makes us sad to make mistakes, please know we will never knowingly disappoint you, please remember we are humans designing your cakes and not robots. We do make mistakes and will make every effort to accommodate you. Any issues need to be addressed prior to the cake leaving our premises. We will not honor an refunds for consumed cake. We only give refunds in accordance with what has been outlined above. Thank you for understand our policies. TRANSPORTING - You are responsible for transporting your order home safely and we are not responsible ones an order leaves our premises. Cakes should never be places on a seat! Place them on the floor board of the vehicles so that they are level for safest travel. Any buttercream cakes will need to be refrigerated. Fondant covered cakes are ok to leave out until cut. Once cut, they need to be refrigerated as well. The cakes are boxed and secured prior to being picked up. ALLERGY WARNING - Please let us know at time of ordering if there are any allergens we should be aware of. We do have a separate mixer, bowls, pans, etc. available to use so that cross contamination of any allergens are not made.
