The Plucky Baker Cottage Bakery specializing in pastries from all over the world.

I have been a costume designer for over 30 years and have now returned to school to obtain an MFA in costume design. I love creating costumes that help effectively and creatively tell the story and enhance a character. As a former professional actress, I come to this technical and design craft with a unique perspective. I understand body movement, shape and character development and how important it is to have the best costume to help you be the best character.

This weeks test bakes. Didn't have one problem at all. I did a full run - enough for 35 boxes. This will work. Wvery week it just gets better. Went so well. Walnut Date Twist Buns with a hint of Cardamom
S'mores thumbprint Tartlets, "Oreos" or Black Cocoa sandwich cookies with russian buttercream and Peanut Honey Cookies.

Cant wait to open!!!
