I'm not just a cottage bakery.

The bakery has been temporarily closed down waiting for Franklin Street Bazaar. I've been working at my other job Mary Allen for Congress.

When I'm not working with volunteers on the campaign trail, I'm usually in my small little shop, cutting, grinding and soldering stained glass. My window looks great today.

Expect to see stained glass art at my booth this summer along with sourdough and granola.

Hello bread lovers.

I'm wanting to do a loaf baking day soon!

I can do:
Country Blond
Peppery potato
Rye Swirl
Cranberry orange
Sandwich
Open to suggestions on other flavors!

Also planning to have protein granola!

I'm unfortunately not getting enough traction with sales this winter so I'm going to close shop until Franklin Street Bazaar opens the last weekend of May. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to my regulars, just not enough people wanting sourdough. We have a bunch of frozen loaves that didn't sell this weekend so if you want to buy me out, I can meet people Tuesday afternoon between 5 and 7 pm.

Good morning! I wanted to share the freezer menu I'll have at Sixth and Zero this morning. I have plenty of frozen focaccia at half off. FYI. Rye is not on the menu this morning. It was replaced with a "Oops Not Rye!" loaf experiment. The labels for my organic bread flour got mixed up with my rye flour and there ended up being no rye in the rye loaves. I'll have samples of the experiment. Come see me at 10 am!
