Just finished another special order for someone with a nut allergy, and this one means a little extra to me. 💛

One of the biggest reasons I started Evolutionary Bakes as a nut-free home bakery was because of my own experience with Christian’s nut allergy. When he was little, it was heartbreaking watching the disappointment on his face when he couldn’t understand why he couldn’t have the same cool birthday cakes that other kids could have.

That experience stuck with me. I wanted to create a place where kids with nut allergies could still get excited about their birthday cake and enjoy something special made just for them—without feeling left out because of their allergy. 🎂

Now, being able to make fun, customized cakes for other kiddos with nut allergies makes what I do even more meaningful. Every child deserves to have that moment where they see their cake and their face lights up. ❤️

This order turned out so great, and I’m so happy I was able to make it for them!

Evolutionary Bakes has been busy getting some delicious local sweet corn ready for you! 💚

Our corn cobs are purchased locally from Harrington Farms, then brought home where I blanch the corn to help lock in that fresh-picked flavor, cut it from the cob, portion it, and freeze it right away.

Each bag is 24 oz = approximately 3 cups of corn!

The Jalapeño Sweet Corn has a little extra kick for anyone who likes some heat! 🔥
