Love raspberries? You're in luck! This Friday, August 11th, is National Raspberry Tart Day! Tarts are so versatile! You can fill them with pastry cream, lemon curd, mousse or chocolate and then top with fresh fruit! Personally with raspberries I would do an orange liquor flavored pastry cream filling and an almond tart shell and garnish with mint leaves to make it look pretty. You can make individual tarts, large circular tarts, rectangular tarts the possibilities are endless! What flavor combination would you do? Let your imagination soar and comment below to let us know.

Hey everyone! We just wanted to let everyone know tomorrow is National Creme Brulee Day! Don't be scared! Creme Brulee is very easy to make and since we don't sell it here's Alton Brown's recipe and video on how to do it! Just click on the link! We'll share a picture of ours tomorrow. We would love to see everyone's so please share a photo either on this post or on tomorrow's post. If you don't have a torch you can put it under your boiler, just watch it!
