Decided to add chocolate chips to a croissant loaf. It was a last minute decision so the butter that went into the dough was not shredded and it did turn a little too buttery in some spots but hey, it’s still pretty yummy!

Hi guys I just wanted to let you know I’m not going to making sourdough until fall/winter.
Not only has it been a challenge to keep up with my starter while I’ve been working but the AC in my home went out a few weeks ago and it’s been so terribly hot here that my bread was over proofing so fast plus having the oven going for hours at almost 500° has made it miserable.

I am so sorry for this inconvenience!!
