Making some Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies (forgot to record putting in the dry ingredients and Chocolate Chips🤪)

Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe:

This recipe is for one batch

180 grams Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt (little less)
112 Unsalted Butter (basically 1 stick)
200 grams brown sugar (light or dark) we use C&H brand of brown sugar
115 grams Starter
2 Large Egg Yolk
3 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
120 grams chocolate chips (or measured with your heart🤪)
Mix together all dry ingredients set to the side
Mix butter and brown sugar until creamed together
Then add starter, egg yolk and vanilla mix together until full incorporated
Slowly add in dry then add chocolate chips

Set oven to 365 degrees for about 12-14 minutes depending on how big you make them! Enjoy💕💕
