Montana Farmacy Foodie Club Menu

Hello, Foodie Club friends!
This week’s menu is bringing a little sunshine to your plate, a little comfort to your table, and hopefully one less thing for you to cook after a long day. 🤍

🍋 Lemon Chicken Piccata
Pan-seared chicken cutlets topped with a bright white wine, lemon, and caper sauce, served alongside parmesan herb orzo. Tangy, savory, and one of those meals that feels a little fancy without trying too hard.

🥗 Lemon Parmesan Caesar
Crisp romaine, shaved parmesan, herb croutons, and creamy lemon Caesar dressing served on the side. Fresh, simple, and happy to be invited to the party.

🧄 Garlic Cheese Rolls
Buttery soft rolls stuffed with herbs and mozzarella because sometimes carbs are the love language we all deserve.

🍫 Dark Chocolate Tart with Espresso Whipped Cream
Rich chocolate, silky texture, and just enough espresso to make your taste buds sit up and pay attention.

Here’s what I’m cooking up for this week’s Montana Farmacy Foodie Club, the kind of cozy, nourishing food I wish I could hand to every one of you straight from my kitchen table. Simple ingredients, good flavors, made with a whole lotta love and intention.

✨ Orders must be in by Wednesday at 5PM
✨ Thursday pickup between 2–5PM at Montana Farmacy

This week’s menu:
🍄 Wild Mushroom & Spinach Lasagna with Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce
Layers of tender handmade pasta, sautéed wild mushrooms, and fresh spinach baked in a velvety roasted garlic cream sauce. Rich, cozy, and exactly what I want to eat after a long day. Serves 2.

🥬 Baby Kale & Shaved Root Vegetable Salad with Honey Citrus Dressing (GF/DF)
Baby kale, shaved carrots and beets, toasted almonds, and a bright honey citrus vinaigrette that somehow tastes like sunshine and good decisions. Light, crunchy, tangy, and balanced just right. Serves 2 as a side.

🌿 Rosemary Sea Salt Focaccia
Sourdough focaccia infused with rosemary and finished with sea salt flakes because carbs are therapy and I stand by that.

🍋 Citrus Olive Oil Cake with Lemon Glaze
Moist olive oil cake kissed with orange and lemon zest, topped with a bright lemon glaze. Soft, fragrant, and dangerously easy to keep “just one more bite-ing.” Includes 2 thick slices.

This week’s menu is full of comfort, carbs, and a little espresso-fueled happiness , basically everything I want to be eating right now.

🍝 Baked Chicken Ricotta Meatballs with Saucy Pappardelle
Tender chicken & ricotta meatballs over wide pappardelle noodles tossed in a rich roasted tomato sauce. Cozy, saucy, and made with lots of love.

🥗 Simple Italian Salad
Fresh greens with pepperoncini, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shaved parmesan & house-made vinaigrette. Crisp, bright, and the perfect balance to all the cozy.

🧀 Soft Parmesan Breadsticks
Warm, fluffy breadsticks baked with parmesan and brushed with buttery goodness. Please don’t ask me how many I ate while cooking.

🍫 Salted Toffee Espresso Blondies
Chewy espresso blondies packed with toffee, chocolate chunks, and a little sea salt magic on top. Sweet, salty, and highly snackable.

There’s something comforting about the slow return of familiar things… the rhythm of the kitchen, the clinking of containers, the little Thursday ritual of gathering good food to carry us through the week 🤍

Foodie Club is back again this week at Montana Farmacy and the menu is feeling extra cozy in all the best ways.

✨ Orders in by Wednesday at 5 PM
✨ Pickup Thursday between 2–5 PM

This week’s lineup is warm, hearty, bright where it needs to be, and just indulgent enough to make an ordinary Thursday feel a little special.

-Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Whipped Potato & Turnip Mash + Creamy Dijon Herb Sauce GF
Tender pork medallions served over a velvety potato and turnip mash, finished with a creamy Dijon herb sauce that feels equal parts rustic comfort and dinner party magic.

- Lemon Arugula Salad with Couscous, Cucumber & Greek Feta GF
Peppery arugula, crisp cucumber, fluffy couscous, and salty feta all tossed together with bright lemon goodness… fresh, simple, and exactly what the plate needs beside all that cozy.

-Butterflake Rolls
Golden, buttery, pull-apart layers that somehow disappear faster than expected every single time.

-Hazelnut Espresso Cake
Layers of dark chocolate espresso cake, bittersweet ganache, silky hazelnut buttercream, and candied hazelnuts… rich, dreamy, and very capable of stealing the whole show.

Well friends… after a little pause, a lot of cooking, and missing your beautiful faces, Foodie Club is officially making its return 🤍

And because some things are sacred around here, we’re sticking with the good old-fashioned rules:

✨ Pickup Thursday between 2–5 PM at the Montana Farmacy

Same cozy rhythm. Same made-with-love meals. Same humble little reminder that good food has a way of bringing us all back together.

There’s something special about knowing what Thursday feels like again… a little community, a little nourishment, and one less thing to cook after a long week.

This week’s menu is bringing big flavor, warm hearts, and possibly the temptation to lick the container clean (no judgment here):

Served over jasmine rice with rich, cozy curry goodness.

Alright my sweet Eureka souls… it’s been a minute, hasn’t it? And oh how I’ve missed feeding you 🤍

Consider this your gentle nudge from the kitchen: Foodie Club returns this May, same love, same table, maybe a little extra butter.

In the meantime, let’s not forget how to treat ourselves…

🍯 Honey Butter Biscuits
soft, fluffy, just sweet enough to make you pause mid-bite
There’s something about a warm biscuit that feels like being taken care of… and these? These do exactly that.

What you’ll need:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
a small dash of salt
5 Tbsp cold unsalted butter (keep her chilly, she’s working hard)
2 Tbsp honey
1 cup cold buttermilk

a little extra flour for the countertop
For the honey butter finish (the part that makes people close their eyes when they bite):
3 Tbsp melted salted butter
2 Tbsp honey

How we do it (the easy way):
Preheat oven to 425°.
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Add honey, then buttermilk, mix just until combined.
Turn onto a floured surface, knead gently 5–6 times, then pat to ½-inch thick.
Cut biscuits and place on a baking sheet.
Brush with honey butter.
Bake 10–13 minutes until golden.
Brush again while warm (don’t skip this part… it’s love).

Soft, golden, a little messy in the best way. Just like us. See you in May 🤍
