I am from Upstate NY and have been missing that NY Style bagel (a crispy outer layer and soft & chewy inside) ever since I moved away. So....I decided to start making them myself. This passion has evolved into a business so I can share my love for NY bagels with the greater Humboldt community. Each bagel is hand-shaped, boiled and baked fresh every day!

Local artists/photographers! Would you like to display and sell your art on the walls of our gallery cafe for the upcoming fall/winter season? If so, please email samples of your work to [email protected] by Aug. 24. Photos should show a diverse selection of the types of art you plan to include in your display.

If you are selected to show, we will notify you in early September with details!

Fun fact: We've already sold 326 locally handcrafted pieces of art since the start of 2026, which means we are on track to exceed last year's art sales! We're incredibly proud to support our local art community here in Humboldt.

The current cohort of artists will be on display in our cafe until late September, so if you haven't had a chance to check them out, there's still time!
