The chef and owner, Mark Whitehead, was given the power name Ahi when he began volunteering his time at a cancer survivorship camp in Oluwalu, Maui. The campers and staff at "Athletes 4 Cancer" felt that Ahi was a fitting name since Chef Mark feeds the mind and spirit of his extended family.
