"Mindful ?' see the gross contents of your mind entertaining along. Thoughts arise, two kinds. 1, Thoughts you Prompt. 2, The word/s and thoughts that arise unprompted..Then, there is a mix of both seen as you are dropping off to sleep or, when waking up, the mixed kind is seen. Just see thoughts and let them roll along and along. Focus seeing thru your closed eye lids..keep it there. Aware of breathing keeping mind clear and sustaining the clarity without clinging to the ''idea.'' See thee "Discriminating" mind at work too. This'ing and that'ing aand claiming and blaming..quite a list here actually. Chan-Sitting - a wordless description of the silent sound.
