Hello everyone from Saigon sourdough!

Very appreciated & thank you very much for coming in & supporting my small bakery.

I would like to let you know about pumpkin cream cheese muffins today, it seems they have issue that is not cook well-done even were checked before come out oven. Please do not eat them. Deely apologize for this. I will compensate for you guys for next visiting.

Good evening everyone from Saigon Sourdough!

I decided to do bagels for this weekend and i can tell you it is really labor of work, took so much time to shape then boiling and baking. Luckily, i have done and i am really happy with the results. I had cheddar & jalapeño bagel sandwich right after they came out oven. It is so delicious & i think i deserve it after 14 hrs working from 4am to 6pm

Let visit us & grab some of our sourdough breads & pastries for the last summer holiday weekend in 2026.

Please to be noted that i will be off next week.

Labor weekend is coming and i would like to inform you guys menu for the last summer holiday of this year as below:

Breads will include:

* Bagels include plain, everything bagels & jalapeño cheddar. Selling per pack of 4 no. , 10$/pack
* Rosemary garlic SD
* Cheddar & jalapeño
* Plain SD

Pastries will comprise of
Savory:
* Jalapeño poppers danish
* Homemade sausage rolls
Sweet treats:
* Brownie croissant with vanilla mascarpone cream filled- New Item
* Lemon cruffins
* Fruit tarts
* Blueberry cream puff
* Pecan croissant rolls
* Blueberry scone
* Blueberry creamcheese muffin
* Pumpkin creamcheese muffin
* Pumpkin cinnamon rolls with pumpkin spice creamcheese frosting or Biscoff frosting
* Apple turnover
* Coconut cream puff
* Chocolate chip cookie
* Cinnamon Palmier
* Burnt basque cheesecake with 3 flavors: Dubai chocolate, Biscoff cookie & Berries Fruit. Selling per slice. If anyone need whole cake, please let me know.

Preorders welcome, just leave order in comment or send sms direct to me. I will prepare croissant’s doughs on early Tuesday morning. Therefore, if anyone intend to visit us & need big order, please place preorder at at least Monday afternoon.

We will take a week off after labor weekend.
