I've made a new thing - cheesecake stuffed chocolate cake drenched in chocolate ganache. A full baked 9" cheesecake layered between two 9" layers of Ghirardelli chocolate cake. Killer! I want to try it with red velvet & carrot cakes, too, sometime!

(any flavor you choose - pumpkin, chocolate, lemon, vanilla, carrot, pistachio, etc. Powdered sugar dusted or glaze/ganache drizzled) generously serves 12-16

Pumpkin bread: $10/loaf
Dense, moist, delicious and festive; perfectly flavored with my own blend of pumpkin spice.

Both freeze/thaw/serve very well.
