The Stack Station Breakfast, lunch & coffee served with a side of nostalgia. 🥞⛽ A restored 1950s Gulf station turned hometown diner in Estill, SC. Built on Grit & Griddle. We do.

Fueled by Flapjacks. Powered by Nostalgia. The Stack Station — where every pancake is served with a side of old-school charm. Housed in a restored 1960s Gulf gas station, we’re not just a diner — we’re a roadside revival. From our vintage neon signs to oil-can syrup pitchers and trucker-hat merch, every detail is a tribute to the golden age of road trips, logging hauls, and pit stops that fueled America. We specialize in hearty stacks, Southern griddle favorites, and locally roasted coffee strong enough to jumpstart your engine. Whether you’re a long-haul trucker, a weekend wanderer, or a flapjack fanatic, this is your stop to refuel. Inspired by the grit of the working class and the comfort of a hot breakfast, The Stack Station was built to bring people together — around pancakes, around stories, and around the table. Who wants pancakes? And we bet you do too. Pull in. Stack up. Roll out happy. Coming in Fall of 2025

🍔 The Bacon Cheeseburger is Back Tomorrow! 🍟

We're bringing our bacon cheeseburger back to the griddle tomorrow, and this time we've added something new!

We're using Black Angus beef, topped with Applewood-smoked bacon and melted cheese, all on a soft brioche bun toasted in clarified butter!

And now we're serving it with golden, crunchy French fries cooked in beef tallow!

We also want to take a minute to thank everyone who came out and gave our burgers a try. It really means a lot to us. We're still fine-tuning a few things, listening to your feedback, and working to make each round a little better than the last.

Trying something new is always a learning experience, and we're grateful to have customers who are willing to give us a chance, share a kind word, and come back to see what we're cooking up next.

Thank y'all for supporting us we couldn't do it without you! ❤️

Come hungry tomorrow. We'll have the griddle fired up!🍔
