The Stack Station — where every pancake is served with a side of old-school charm. Housed in a restored 1960s Gulf gas station, we’re not just a diner — we’re a roadside revival. From our vintage neon signs to oil-can syrup pitchers and trucker-hat merch, every detail is a tribute to the golden age of road trips, logging hauls, and pit stops that fueled America.

We specialize in hearty stacks, Southern griddle favorites, and locally roasted coffee strong enough to jumpstart your engine. Whether you’re a long-haul trucker, a weekend wanderer, or a flapjack fanatic, this is your stop to refuel.

Inspired by the grit of the working class and the comfort of a hot breakfast, The Stack Station was built to bring people together — around pancakes, around stories, and around the table.

We are absolutely blown away by the support everyone has shown The Stack Station. To everyone who has come through our doors, waited patiently, shared our posts, encouraged us, and supported what we’re building — THANK YOU!

In our first week, we have already sold more pancakes than we planned to sell for the entire month! That is incredible, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

As we continue adjusting our processes to better serve everyone, we’re updating our hours starting tomorrow:

Thursday & Friday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Thank you for believing in The Stack Station and showing up for us in such a HUGE way. We’re just getting started!

ESTILL… YOU ARE UNBELIEVABLE! ❤️🥞

We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to serve this community. We could not have dreamed of the response The Stack Station has received during our soft opening.

We have sold FOUR TIMES as many pancakes as we originally planned for! 🥞🥞🥞🥞

The support has been incredible, but it has also shown us where we need to get better. In order to make the changes necessary to improve our processes, speed up service, and give everyone the experience you deserve, The Stack Station will be CLOSED tomorrow and will REOPEN THURSDAY AT 6:00 AM.

We’re going to use this time to regroup, make adjustments to our line, add new equipment, restock supplies, and get our team ready.

Moving forward, our regular hours will be:

THURSDAY – SUNDAY
⏰ 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Most importantly, THANK YOU. Thank you for the prayers. Thank you for the encouragement. Thank you for your patience. And thank you for believing in what we are building here in Estill.

We hear you. We’re learning. We’re making changes. And we’re coming back Thursday ready to serve you better.

ESTILL… WOW. ❤️

We are absolutely blown away by the love and support this community showed The Stack Station today!

The turnout was beyond anything we could have imagined. To see this place packed with friends, neighbors, familiar faces, and people simply excited to be here meant more to us than we can put into words.

We also know we have some work to do. We have a lot of processes to perfect, and we ask that you please be patient with us as we continue to dial everything in. We’re learning, adjusting, and getting better with every customer we serve.

To those who waited — THANK YOU. And to the customers who had to leave because our wait reached over an hour, we sincerely apologize. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll come back and give us another opportunity to serve you.

Today showed us exactly why we believed in this community from the beginning.

Estill showed up in a MAJOR way. And we’re just getting started.

Thank you, Estill. Thank you, Hampton County. Thank you to everyone who walked through those doors today.

🔥 SOFT OPENING AT THE STACK STATION! 🔥

After a lot of hard work, restoration, and anticipation, The Stack Station officially welcomed our very first customer this morning — Barry Wroten!

There’s something pretty special about seeing the doors open, the OPEN sign lit up, food in the case, and our first customer standing at the counter.

Today is our soft opening, so we’re getting everything dialed in, learning, adjusting, and preparing for what’s ahead.

What started as a vision to bring an old Gulf station back to life is officially becoming something much bigger — a place where history, food, and community come together.

Thank you, Barry, for officially being Customer #1! You’ll always be part of The Stack Station story.

The lights are on. The grill is hot. And The Stack Station is OPEN! ⛽️🍳☕️

Sometimes a setback in life reminds you just how blessed you are by the people around you.

When our historic Gulf pump was ran over last week, it took more than just a repair—it took neighbors and business owners coming together to help us.

When something or someone gets knocked down, and you think what's next God? How many times can we be this close and the devil pops up again!

Then our neighbors don't just stand by—they grab their tools, find the parts, literally help you pick up the pieces and put it back together in order to keep our dream alive.

We couldn't ask for better neighbors, and we're grateful to be building The Stack Station alongside people who still believe in neighbors helping neighbors.

We are incredibly thankful for Tant's Auto Body Shop for stepping up taking the lead and helping bring the pump back to life.

Southern Millwright for being there when we needed them.

Wiggins & Sons for having the pieces, parts, to help us put it all back together.

This is what small-town community is all about.

Sometimes God puts the right people in place right where you need them and when you need them.

Small towns aren’t just about good neighbors in our eyes—they’re built on big hearts that show up when it matters most! ⛽️🧡💙
