2 more birthday cakes done! Both were challenging in their own ways, 1st one was a Rayquaza pull apart cupcake cake. I am not a Pokémon person so I definitely had to look up several images to get an idea of what to do. I was told today that the birthday boy loved it! That always makes my heart happy Stephen Priscilla Plante ❤️❤️❤️

It has been a bit since I've posted, I've taken this last week of summer to relax and enjoy family before we all go back to school next week. With that being said, I am again offering a discount on orders for the ELC school year! If you would like to order treats for your child's birthday, any holiday celebrations during the school year, or just a little something special to share with your child's class, I am doing 10% off! Holy chocolate batman!!!!! A 10" 4 layer dark chocolate cake, filled with dark chocolate buttercream, topped with a thick gooey chocolate ganache, topped with whipped chocolate & dark chocolate swirls all made with Ghirardelli chocolates. (Theres also some brewed coffee in the cake too 😊) My interpretation of the "Matilda cake." A special request by AJ for his birthday yesterday. I hope your day was absolutely amazing!
