Petit 4 Pastry We are a little pastry shop that specializes in European pastries, wedding cakes, and catering. Hermann and Louise Schwaiger opened Petit 4 Pastry in 2005.

They were the owners until June of 2020 when one of their employees, Rachel Cathel and her husband Tyler Cathel, took it over. We offer a wide variety of pastries, baked goods, wedding cakes, specialty cakes, and also catering.

Pan-fried chicken, bacon, Roma wedges, shredded cheese, and croutons. Piled high on a bed of mixed greens with buttermilk Ranch dressing and a chunky piece of baguette.

Homemade Soup:
Fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus. Topped with shredded cheese and served with a chunky piece of baguette.
