Science was always a favorite of mine in school😍 and I always enjoy doing science experiments with my kiddos as part of our homeschooling 😃👏

When the opportunity arose to create this cake I was so very excited😆 I had so much fun trying to figure out how to create an edible green gel like substance that I could put on the side of the cake. Definitely will have to experiment more but it worked fine this go round (thank God😄😮‍💨) another special and important detail of this cake is that it had to accommodate a milk allergy. That surprisingly wasnt as hard to figure out, unlike the gel😄

By God's grace I was able to get this cake done this morning after working our coffee trailer yesterday all afternoon and getting home at 11:30pm🫣 and getting about 4hrs of sleep🙄 because I kept waking up. 😮‍💨😃🙌 this was my first roll cake, so I was nervous how it was going to come out, but it worked!😃 all that to say I want to
