Had a very happy celebration for my birthday. 💞🥳 busy day!😆 (welcome to owing 2 business, being a wife and mother, and everything else in between) but my family still made it special for me with lunch at Jinja and a little shopping 🛍 and wrapped it all up with a Berry Chantilly cake from whole foods.💓

Almost every year for my birthday I get a Berry Chantilly cake from whole foods. One of my favorites 😍 but these last two years it hasn't tasted that great🫤, its kinda been a disappointment 😕. Idk if they changed the way their being made or what the deal is🤷‍♀️ it makes me a little sad. 😢 but c'est la vie

Lol I did decided to write on the top of my cake😄 since my hubby said there was a line of customers waiting and he wasn't sure if I wanted them to write on it or not.

It worked out though because I have been wanting to make tiny hearts on something and I had leftover frosting😋

Science was always a favorite of mine in school😍 and I always enjoy doing science experiments with my kiddos as part of our homeschooling 😃👏

When the opportunity arose to create this cake I was so very excited😆 I had so much fun trying to figure out how to create an edible green gel like substance that I could put on the side of the cake. Definitely will have to experiment more but it worked fine this go round (thank God😄😮‍💨) another special and important detail of this cake is that it had to accommodate a milk allergy. That surprisingly wasnt as hard to figure out, unlike the gel😄
