We Moved— Celebrate with us! 🎉
First of all, thank you for your support while we build this company. It is because of you we work so hard to make the best waffles in the world.
If it has been a while since you have had a Naked Waffle, read to the end, we have a special offer for you after this exciting announcement.
You may know our waffles are dough-based and made with yeast as opposed to batter-based waffles.
It is a three-day process that creates the home-made, premium taste.
But, there is an issue when working with yeast when you have excessive heat... and Lily has been facing this issue head-on in our current commercial kitchen during the recent heatwave.
Sometimes difficult times can create the blessing of change.
We recently started looking for a new location and found what was to be an awesome new operating space for the company.
There "happened to be" an opening in a commercial kitchen which is in the same building as our office on Grand Ave in downtown Escondido.
It is a perfect place to make the waffles and there is enough room for us to ship out of this location too!
We also have future plans for this location that we will be announcing at a later date.
For now, we are busy getting the space set up to be our new waffle factory and to-go order pick-up location.
