Hi Everyone!

UPDATE!!…..

Next week we are implementing a NEW PROGRAM that we feel will simplify some things.

Here’s how it will go…

*** Beginning NEXT Wednesday (September 9th) and going forward, there will be 150 Amish Cinnamon Rolls available at 9AM when the doors open.
*** A second batch of 150 rolls will be available at NOON.
*** That will be all for each day.
Though it might increase going forward.

After each days NOON bake, staff will be baking fresh hot Bro Yoder cookies!!😊

Hi Everyone!!

It was a FANTASTIC day back from our mini-vacay! We had 300+ pounds of dough ready to go this morning and by 3pm there wasn’t an ounce left!!! 😊
Smiles all day long from happy customers made us feel so proud of our hard work. THANK YOU!!!🙏

Tomorrow (Thursday Aug 27) we will be “up with the chickens!” getting more racks of HOT AMISH CINNAMON ROLLS ready for you!

**** We have some great new things in store for you coming soon, so follow along with us as we bring them to you!

**** NOTE! ****
We no longer post “sold out” each day, simply because we ARE sold out EVERY DAY.
Our daily bakes (Wednesday to Sunday) go like this….
- Upwards of 125 to 140 rolls are ready when DOORS OPEN AT 9AM.
- 2nd bake around 11AM.
- Depending on the amount of dough left, we will bake again around 1PM. But that’s not the norm!!

Please understand that there is NO WAY we can know how many people show up for rolls!!
We are NOT a “factory”, we’re a small bakery.

Hi Everyone!!

We’re back from our much needed mini-break! 😊

Today we made DOZENS AND DOZENS of our Famous Bro Yoder Cookies!!!🍪

Boxed and ready to go are the following….

- Nestle Chocolate Chunk.
- VERY peanut-buttery Peanut Butter.
- BY’s “PB DOODLES” (our famous peanut butter cookies heavily sprinkled with our special cinnamon & dark brown sugar that we use in our Amish Cinnamon Rolls).

TOMORROW (Wednesday Aug 26) WE START AGAIN WITH OUR FAMOUS AMISH CINNAMON ROLLS!!!😊

REMINDER… CINNAMON ROLLS ARE [ONLY] WEDNESDAYS THRU SUNDAYS 9AM TILL THE DOUGH IS GONE!

BRO YODERS WILL BE [CLOSED] AUGUST 20th to 24th (THURSDAY thru MONDAY) FOR BOTH EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION AND TRAINING SESSIONS.

**** NOTE:: WE WILL BE BAKING ROLLS ON WEDNESDAY MORNING THE 19th!!! ****

THE PHENOMENAL GROWTH WE ARE EXPERIENCING DICTATES THAT WE TAKE A FEW DAYS, AND WORK ON OUR TRAINING TO PREPARE FOR AN EVEN BIGGER BRO YODERS!😊

The Superette will also be CLOSED August 21, 22, and 23 for a family wedding!
We’ve coincided our closed days together.

SOFT & DELICIOUS COOKIES ARE IN STOCK TODAY!!

Candace & I have been baking cookies since early morning,
and we invented a new Bro Yoder Cookie! The “Bro Yoder P.B. Doodle!” It’s a cross between a B.Y. Peanut Butter Cookie and a Snickerdoodle. Peanut Butter Cookies sprinkled with our Bro Yoder mix of the dark brown sugar & cinnamon we make with our Amish Cinnamon Rolls! 😋😋😋😋

Also, we made our delectable Chocolate Chunk Cookies today!!
