Some wear aprons!

A HUGE shoutout to International Bakery for being our heros!

We received a bad batch of compressed yeast in one of our deliveries this week and were in danger of having to shut down the shop until our supplier could get us new stuff, but International Bakery swooped in and let us borrow enough bricks to get us through the weekend! You gave us so much more than just the yeast with your kindness and generosity, we cannot thank you enough!

On Tuesday morning there was an incident at the shop that resulted with injuries to both of us. We were open today, but realized we're both in worse shape than we thought. We are going to take tomorrow off and try to heal our hearts, our heads and our bodies. We will be open Friday, July 3rd.

SO CLOSE! We received a new unit and it looks like it's going to fit without having to cut the building! Were hoping for the installation to be completed tomorrow. Just in time to be closed for Easter. ☹️

We hope you all have a wonderful holiday!

WE WILL BE OPEN NEXT WEEK REGULAR HOURS! (If I have to buy six new fans and keep the doors open all night!) It's going to work!
