💜 New at Bakery on 5th: Ube Latte

Ube is a purple yam native to the Philippines and a beloved ingredient in traditional Filipino desserts.

Its flavor is subtle and surprisingly sophisticated—often described as a blend of vanilla, toasted nuts, and sweet cream, with hints of coconut and pistachio. It’s naturally sweet, smooth, and comforting without being overpowering.

And here’s a fun fact: the beautiful purple color of ube comes naturally from anthocyanins, the same antioxidant-rich pigments found in blueberries, blackberries, and other purple fruits. No artificial colors needed. 🌿💜

We’ve turned this unique ingredient into a creamy latte that’s rich, velvety, and unlike anything else on our menu.
