🎭 A little local theatre love from Guidry’s!
If you love theatre and a good heartwarming comedy, we have a show—and a familiar friend—you’ll want to see!

Our friend Cae'ly Romero, owner and operator of TDR Business Solutions, has been busy behind the scenes and on the stage for IPAL’s production of The Savannah Sipping Society. Cae’ly designed the show’s set and graphics and will also be stepping into the spotlight as Jinx Jenkins, one of the show’s four leading ladies—a confident, gregarious character who shakes things up in the best way. 🍹

🎟️ Opening Night: October 16
📍 IPAL Theater

Come support local theatre, local talent, and one of our favorite people as she helps bring this heartwarming story to life!
Break a leg, Cae’ly! We’ll be cheering you on! 💕🎭

FUN FACT 💜💚💛

King cake wasn’t always dressed for Mardi Gras!

The iconic purple, green, and gold we know today trace back to the official colors chosen by Rex in 1872. As those colors became symbols of Carnival, they eventually found their way onto one of Louisiana’s favorite traditions: KING CAKE. 👑

More than 150 years later, we’re still making Mardi Gras a little sweeter.

We Remember.

Today, we pause to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who answered the call, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

May we never forget the courage, compassion, and unity shown in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

In remembrance of all who were lost. Never forgotten.

Those tiny air pockets and soft texture inside your favorite slice actually have a name—the crumb!

Bakers use “crumb” to describe the internal texture and structure of a cake. A fine, even crumb usually means a soft, tender bite, while other cakes are meant to have a more open or dense crumb.

Now you have the perfect excuse to examine your next slice VERY closely. You know… for research. 😉

Some things are just perfectly paired. ☕🍯

Start with locally roasted Nube 9 ground coffee, add a little sweetness from Henry’s Raw Honey, and you’ve got a combination worth slowing down for.

Both are available right here at Guidry’s—grab a bag, grab a jar, and make your next cup a little sweeter with your favorite Guidry's treat. 🤎
