Every year I get excited for our local Ephrata Parade night. Hanging with the fam and hyping up every float that passes while partaking in my once a year cotton candy fix is top notch. Last year, I decided to add to the fun by entering two pieces into the fair's craft contest. I did it again this year, and got first place in both categories! Even though, there wasn't much competition, I am still taking this win! Do you see my face? No matter what place I got, it is really fun seeing my pieces in person, on display. Putting your art and creations out for people that may know you is such a wild feeling. I'm not sure why it's less intimidating online, but it is.
I will say, my pieces definitely stood out among the other art! But, that's the point, right? Be YOU, always, and don't be afraid to share what you create. You never know who it will resonate with☺️ Really excited to add these little ribbon stickered items to next to last year's wins in my new studio! I'm already thinking about what I'll make for next year!
O and Nik also had a BIG win at the fair🤣🐊 That was such a fun, unexpected souvenir to end the night😁
