It's been a minute since we've had a "Feature Roast Post" but hot diggity... this one is too tasty to NOT brag on it!

Sittin' pretty on drip is Finca El Jardín, a washed process Colombian.

Here's what our pals at have to say about it:
"Finca El Jardín in Tolima, Colombia is run by fourth generation coffee farmer, Jorge Elías Rojas. This Pink Bourbon variety is the perfect cup for summer: sweet and juicy with a jasmine tea finish!"
