Guys,
I don’t know if you remember how last year I met a lovely client named Mary…

Mary and her husband drove from Michigan to pick up a two tier cake for their granddaughter’s birthday, it was indeed an accident as I learned there is also a “Bethany Bakes” in Grand Rapids Michigan, however Google decided to send her to my website when she placed the order, I had no idea she was coming from that distance until the day of her pickup when her arrival time changed by about 3 hours; so she then explained the situation 😅 I have never prayed so hard over a cake, but wouldn’t you know it - that cake survived the 9 hour drive back (and a flat tire) on the way home 🏡

I also would like to note that at this time last year my husband and I were looking at homes and I didn’t want to move out of the Lancaster county area because I was and I quote “afraid people wouldn’t make the drive to me for my cakes”
Then this happened, God had a good laugh I’m sure…

Mary and her husband came back this past Friday from Michigan, this time on purpose 🥹
They again tempted fate with another two tier cake, they also came more prepared…
So I guess if you want to drive 9 hours to get a cake bring a cooler and some bungee cords and duct tape 😆
I am pleased to report their cake again survived and Natasha was again thrilled with her baby dinosaur cake

This week was absolutely insane, I feel like I’ve said that a lot lately, but mainly because it’s true, I’m so honored to continue to pour out my passion and I’m amazed at the relationships and connections that have formed along the way,
Just wanted to say thank you again for all the support 🤍
