Dear friends,
We are thrilled to finally introduce ourselves and share our story with you! Two and a half years ago, we made the decision to embrace a vegan lifestyle for health reasons. However, we quickly realized that finding delicious vegan baked goods was a challenge. Many store-bought options were either scarce or simply didn't satisfy our taste buds. Determined to remedy this, we embarked on a mission to create vegan treats that not only tasted amazing but also utilized high-quality ingredients. Countless hours of research, experimentation, and mastering recipes led us to develop a range of mouthwatering cookies and other delectable baked goods. Our ultimate aim is to cater to everyone's taste buds, regardless of their dietary preferences. We firmly believe that enjoying our treats should be an experience for all, not just those who follow a plant-based lifestyle.
In addition to our passion for baking, we both have other professions. Sean works as a registered nurse, providing care and support to those in need, while Jessica work as a real estate agent, helping people find their dream homes. Despite our busy schedules, our shared love for baking and cooking has driven us to pursue our dream of opening a bakery.
We are incredibly fortunate to call the beautiful small town of Enumclaw our home for the past six years. Nestled amidst stunning landscapes, Enumclaw has inspired us to pursue our dreams and share our culinary creations with the community.
When we're not busy in the kitchen, you'll likely find us exploring the great
outdoors, hiking through picturesque trails, or teeing off for a round of golf.
Our two beloved cattle dogs also keep us company and add joy to our lives.
Initially, we plan to participate in farmers markets, events, and pop-ups to showcase our treats and connect with our community. Additionally, we aim to collaborate with
local businesses by offering our products wholesale. As we grow and refine our
craft, we aspire to establish a brick-and-mortar bakery in Enumclaw, a space
where we can serve our customers on a regular basis
