Cupcakes. With cupcakes, one is not sidled with an entire cake which could dry out if not eaten quickly enough. Also eliminating the need to consume more cake than usual. Cupcakes are sharable. Cupcakes are positively life-changing.

I am so glad my sweet friend askd me to make her some cheese straws for her upcoming road trip. I remember really struggling with the recipe the last few times I made them. So this time I used what I liked about the first recipe and used other elements from another recipe and they turned out SO GOOD!
SO good that if I don’t stop eating them, I will have to make more. Shucks!!
Bonus for me is that they go great with a Diet Coke.
