Pâté chaud ("hot pastry pie"), also known as patê sô, is a Vietnamese savory puff pastry. The pastry is made of a light layered and flaky exterior with a meat filling. Traditionally, the filling consists of ground pork, but chicken and beef are also now commonly used.

It has been quite a welcoming experience being home with many eggroll requests and I'm ever so grateful for you all! Unfortunately, I cannot offer my services as I did when I was in New York. Thank you for understanding for those that have ordered from me since I have slowly started again. And Thank you for understanding my price increase and patiences for the timeline of availability since I do not have as much time as I did before. That being said.
