Some cakes just mean a little more. ❤️ This Piña Colada Cake was made for someone who is incredibly near and dear to my heart and to our entire family, so getting to make her birthday cake was extra special.

Four layers of tropical goodness featuring coconut cake soaked in coconut simple syrup, homemade pineapple reduction between every layer, coconut Swiss meringue buttercream, and plenty of toasted coconut—finished with fresh pineapple and cherries. 🥥🍍🍒

It was such a joy to create something special for someone who has meant so much to us over the years. Happy Birthday! I hope you felt just how loved and appreciated you are with every bite. 💕
