Its that time of year... we buy beef from local farms, and with another 1/2 cow about to hit the freezer, its about time I start rendering for tallow! A little over 15 lbs to start, about a 3rd of what we have!

After im finished starting my garden, ill be making tallow products for the stand! What would you like to see?

Ive been so busy ive neglected my freezers... some late nights while I process the beef fat and about 40 lbs or more of tomatoes to get ready for the new season!
